Clearcom for Cochlear Implant user

I'm looking for a way to send a stream of a clearcom to a student who uses a Cochlear implant (CI).

In case you aren't familiar with CI's they convert sound into an electrical signal which is then sent to the Cochlea where the nerve is artificially stimulated allowing the person to 'hear'.

At the moment I've found a box from Albatross Audio which allows you to strip the audio out of the clearcom, but at $195 it's a little pricey for what we're looking for, especially as it may only get used a few times. Essentially we need to be able to plug either an 1/8" or a TRRS jack into a streaming unit which sends the audio to the student. Alternatively a Bluetooth solution could work, but I don't seem to be able to find anything.
