Accidentally uninstalled Windows 23H2 while trying to uninstall 24H2

I accidentally dowloaded the 24H2 update just before reading about all the problems it's been causing people's computers, so I tried to go to update history to uninstall it, but I accidentally uninstalled 23H2 first. Now windows update won't allow me to reinstall 23H2. If I click "check for updates" it just immediately starts downloading and installing 24H2 without even asking me. Is there any way for me to make sure my system is up to date prior to the release of 24H2?
