Random Shutdowns/Restarts

My PC has been randomly shutting down and restarting with no warning lately. Overheating isn’t the issue since temps are fine. I’m torn between the PSU or RAM being the issue.

How can I test the PSU without replacing it? Also, what’s the best way to check if it’s a RAM problem?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
