Can I re-fight bosses?

I'm very into getting pictured of every new enemy, item, plant I encounter, but something in my brain broke and I forgot to take pictures of some of the main bosses of the game (at each of the 4 temples). I was wondering if I'd ever be able to see then again, so I could get a picture of them.

Also, please no spoilers; I haven't beaten all of the temples yet (been taking a break to play pikmin 4), so just explaining in the least spoiler-esque way would be much appreciated!
