Advise on my tattoo

Hi, I have had this tattoo done in 2021, the first pic is how it was immediately after he was done, and the secondo is how it is now, what do you guys think? Did I do something wrong while it was healing? I was thinking of either covering it up or find someone who can save it, I really like the drawing. Thanks for any advice
