Am I having an allergic reaction to my tattoo?

I’ve gotten a few tattoos so far and one that was a lot bigger than this. I may just be paranoid because I have a lot of random allergies, but my grandma was talking about how all her side of the family is allergic to red ink. Now I’m a little concerned that I might be allergic because I feel like this is just getting more red and my other ones weren’t red like this. I could be jumping to conclusions it’s still a very fresh tattoo…literally got it two days ago. But I just wanna make sure instead of continuing to dwell on it.
