Does this placement look okay?

I got this done about 2 weeks ago and I had the artist change the stencil to go lower because initially it looked too high on my arm, but now I'm seeing the extra space around my shoulder and I feel like I messed up the placement.

Does it look okay? Should I add something around this area to feel better about the placement?
