Did I mess up

I got This tattoo a few days ago and I do really love it. But my coworker told me that I’m gonna have a hard time finding another job if I want one because it may be offensive to some people. I know there’s no going back but I’m just wondering if I messed up or not. Maybe I can add some more cute things around it so it will be less offensive? I normally never care what others think. But jobs are important now and I’m nervous that I messed up lol.
