Why do people like Mucka Blucka?

I just recently started listening to Tally Hall, and I saw on this sub that people seem to like Mucka Blucka. I listened to it and was very confused. It's literally just them clucking like chickens.

It's hilarious, yeah, but I don't know why it keeps getting talked about here. Is it because of the meme?
