Post covid Jobs

I have been incredibly frustrated with the post covid Job market. Pre Covid was amazing I was landing contracts at fortune 500 Companies EX: Mastercard, Jack henry and Associates, etc. Without any issues fullfilling the contract then moving on at relitively High Salaried jobs. Now I cant seem to find a job that not with a company on the brink of Bankruptcy offering bottom dollar for the positions and then moving into roles that are easily just cut from the budget or severely downsized from salaried to hourly then to 16 hours a week etc. I am almost to the point of switching fields entirely.
