What is your most overrated and underrated fish?

Overrated? Lean tuna. Fatty tuna is amazing, lean tuna just has no flavor at all. It's not bad, but I'd never order it.

Underrated? Mackerel (saba). Love the strong and complex oily flavor. Fairly cheap fish too.
