Which characters have gambled/gone to a Casino?

I am also going to count Gacha Machines, even though they're not actual gambling. I am not, however, not going to count forced gambling (like Chance Time), it has to be done willingly. I am also not going to count attacks; I am refering to actual gambling (like using a Slot Machine), otherwise, a lot of RPG/JRPG characters would be higher on the list

  • Captain Falcon is in "May or may not have gambled" because he's gone to Casibo Palace, but actually went there to compete on a race
  • Paula, Poo, Kumatora, Pyra & Mythra are in "May or may not have gambled" because even though they're not shown Gambling (their team leaders are), it could still be implied that they've also done it
  • The Waddle Dees are in "May or may not have gambled" because they show up in a Casino in Planet Robobo, yet haven't been shown to gamble (or maybe they have and I just missed it)
  • Olimar is in "May or may not have gambled" because he mentions gambling in the Luck Wafer Treasure Notes in Pikmin 2
  • Toon Link is in "May or may not have gambled" because I can't determine whether Squid-Hunt counts as actual gambling or not
  • Tom Nook is in "May or may not have gambled" because even though he's not shown gambling, it woulen't be necessarily a suprise considering his personality
  • The Wild Gunnmen are in "May or may not have gambled" because they show up in a Salon, which usually tends to have Poker games
  • Ken is in "May or may not have gambled" because he shows up in several Casinos stages across the Street Fighter series. Also, due to his poor financial decisions as well as his rich background, it wouldn't necessarily be too hard to believe that he's gambled at least once (at least compared to Ryu)
  • Kazuya is in "May or may not have gambled" because he shows up in the High Roller's Club, as well as the fact that he tries supporting his business financially. So, it wouldn't necessarily be a stretch that he propably also gambled (not as recklessly as Ken, though)
  • Steve and Alex are in "Has not gambled" considering that I'm not counting structures made by the player nor random world generation that might make certain items harder to get
