Interesting powers in a medieval fantasy setting?

The setting is approximately late middle ages technology. Cannons and early personal firearms are available, but aren't reliable or common. Most combat is melee that any D&D player would recognize Belief in magic is common, but I haven't decided yet if magic actually exists in this universe or not. If I do put it in, real magic will be extremely rare and a closely guarded secret. Politics is a large number of small fiefdoms with constant border disputes and skirmishes as the nobility jockey for power. So far, so cliche.

I want to use this as the background for the sudden emergence of people with powers. I've got a main character with a power/story arc I like. But I'm stuck on interesting ways powers would be used in this context by others.

There's the basic and boring: strength or durability for the unbeatable knight, speedsters getting forcibly recruited as royal couriers, telepaths insinuating themselves as trusted advisors at court and/or spymasters, etc. I would prefer to avoid anything done in "Marvel 1602" if I can.

But what are some off-the-wall uses for powers in a knights and castles world? What would be a minor power today that would be OP there? Or vice versa? I'm now thinking a technopath may never even realize they had a power.
