Can't Purchase

I'm trying to buy some packs from the store but i always get the "Purchase failed" error. I tried my card for apple store and i could bought some random game from there so my card must be working but i can't buy anything in game. Anybody know what must be the problem? Should i just wait and try again? It must be in-game problem
