Purchased Google play card can't buy anything sw

Hey I make this post so maybe someone can help me that had the same problem. I purchased a Google play card and successfully redeemed in on my account.(Same on as my summers war email) Now every time I want to make a purchase it fails at loading up the payment options I get error saying item can't be purchased. After that I get a error code from summers war saying : P:-6100312

I already empty cache and data from summers war,Google play and Google store also reinstall summers war. I only load up this play card so I can purchase smth for this game I have been heavily playing last few weeks. Now it just sits there for nothing. Hope someone can help me. Already wrote support but didn't get a answer yet
