What technique should I use?

Hi everyone! I’m relatively new to Sudoku and am in the process of learning some of the more advanced techniques for hard puzzles. Can anyone point me in the direction of what I should use to solve the highlighted cell? (It’s highlighted because I used the hint feature in NYT’s Sudoku puzzles and it pointed me to this cell).
