looking for a photographer's name and i can't find it

there was a street photographer i found on instagram and i can't find his name. he did a shoot of a girl in a bathtub on a crosswalk. i can't for the life of me find the photo or the guy. if anyone knows what i'm talking about or can provide me with a link to his page, it would be greatly appreciated.
