1st day sober

I just found this sub today. 34 male been drinking the last 16 yrs of my life everyday! I was reading post on here and didn’t realize that no matter what you do, you can’t mask the smell. The posts I’ve read describe me. With that being said, this is the first day of my journey and I plan to keep it going today. This seems like a healthy group so hello and I’m happy to be here.
