Want to volunteer at a hospital while I’m self studying to be a SPT any advice?

The only reason why I am doing this is because I know it’s really hard for people to hire you even if you have your provisional license. I feel like some volunteer work could help with my resume?( I have no medical experience except my CNA course that I took in 2019…) Did anyone try this out to get started with your career?? If so how did you get in contact with the hospitals and what department do we look for? Anything helps :)) also if any of yall are in the Dallas area can I DM?
