How did you guys finish this book? I’m unfortunately struggling and would love some advice.

First off, it’s not that I’m not enjoying it so DNF to me is not the answer. I went into this determined to finish come hell or high water. But I’m currently on page 310 and it’s been over a week now since I started. I don’t seem to be as into it as I want to be.

But what I really want to know the most is how did most people here finish this book? Did you guys just read straight through the physical copy? Or did you listen to the audio book? I’m not an audio book listener but if that’s the advice you guys have for me then I will strongly consider it because like I said, I want to finish this.
