Exam in 2 weeks: Advice

NBME 20 - 236 NBME 21 - 240 Will give UWSA in 2 days. Exam in 2 weeks. 1. Goal 250+. Is it doable? What to do besides taking rest of the NBMEs? Pathoma 1-3, review FA, anki? 2. With my test date I might or might not be able to take the newest NBMEs. How much would that affect my score? Should I postpone the date?
