Tomlin lost his fire

As we know Tomlin is coming back next year but honestly I just don’t see the fight and motivation to push this team to the next level. He’s got to take a good look at himself in the mirror and ask if he’s done. Tomlins at the point where he’s not going to get fired, he’s just got to realize that he lost his fire and step down. Kinda like how Cowher did.
