My $10,000 completely broken Sonos system

I have been a Sonos customer for over 10 years, but I've finally reached my breaking point. This new app has completely obliterated any stable functionality of my Sonos system.

Half the time music just doesn't even play, and when it does, rooms just drop out of the group, music only plays out of one of the speakers in some of the pairs, or music just stops randomly.

Don't even get me started on trying to change the volume. I change it and it sometimes works over a minute later.

I have almost all the speakers in each room hardwired over ethernet. Every room has at least one speaker on ethernet. My system is completely useless 75% of the time. If I unplug everything from power then plug it back it, it works better but then starts dropping out again. Countless hours wasted trying to get my system to work in a stable manner.

All speakers are set up with DHCP reservation for their IP.

ALL USELESS.

Congratulations Sonos on losing a lifetime customer! I am most likely going to sell all my speakers and switch over to Bluesound.

If anyone has any helpful tips I'd appreciate it. Even SonoPhone barely works now.
