Solo violating Federal law

I need time to pay back a loan so I requested to revoke access to auto debit my bank account. Solo replies that they don't have the option to stop it. This is 8 days prior to my scheduled withdrawal. So, they are violating the FTC consumer protection law. I can't believe it. I'll easily put a stop order in place with my bank so they'll never see another dime.
