I saw someone get their front teeth knocked out after a complete newbie who didn’t know how to stop collided into them at high speed.
This type of conduct is dangerous. Inexperienced riders riding outside of their skill level are a risk to themselves and others. This person should be slowly working up their skills and learning how to turn/stop their board without falling on the bunny hill.
You can easily tell when you see somebody that doesn’t know how to stop… their knees are usually super bent and their arms are straight out wingspanned trying to keep their balance… and the only way they actually stop is if they fall over or run straight into something/someone. If they knew how to stop, well, then they would stop..
I feel bad for the guy who got his day (and possibly week(s)) ruined because some newbie who wasn’t in their place decided to send themselves down a hill without knowing how to stop. What did they honestly think was going to happen? That they would stop even though they don’t know how?
