How can I make a non-smart lamp smart?

Let me explain, the lamp has a built-in LED connected directly to the power cable, making it challenging to replace it like a regular bulb.

The power cable includes ON/OFF and dimmer/color controls, so I believe a smart plug might not work. Any suggestions?
