Why is my sleep so shit

I'm 15 and my friends play video games all day, scroll in bed, eat before bed ect but SOMEHOW fall asleep so quick and sleep throughout the entire night. I stop eating and drinking 2 hours before bed and stop using devices half an hour before bee, in bed I stay still, don't think much, eyes closed but somehow take sometimes an hour to sleep and I wake up in the middle of the night at least once and I also keep a consistent sleep pattern so why the he'll is this happening to me,I also drink camomile tea but it doesn't seem to help, on average I get like 7 hours of sleep despite me being in bed for 9
