SkyUI Causing Crashes

Problem is as titles suggest. SkyUI is not working. Doing some research, I've found several contrasting suggestions. Some people are saying that SkyUI is a dead mod and the only way is to revert every other mod to the pre-AE edition, which makes zero sense to me. Others say that Dear Diary Dark Mode fixes it, which it doesn't; that doesn't work. I've got the latest update of Skyrim, the latest SKSE64.

Nothing I do fixes it, no matter how many mods I disable, SkyUI is still causing the crashes. No Trainwreck doesn't tell me anything. No, I cannot get Crashlogger SE to work no matter how much I try; I have never been able to get it to work, even on a clean install; as far as I'm concerned Crashlogger SE is a fatally broken mod.

I've spent 3 days trying to figure this out.
