Consistent Crashing on start up

EDIT: MY DUMBASS WAS MISSING USSEP MY BAD LMFAO PLEASE IGNORE

Game crashes right after loading the bethesda logo. All I did was delete and add some mods anticipating a new playthrough. here is my plugins.txt file. Any help would be great!!
