Banking/Finance career advice and experience

Asking here because this should be where all the money making finance bros would be…

Would like to ask mid banking career people on their experience with people jumping to front office roles or any high paying banking role with no initial experience in the roles.

Context:

Early 20s F fresh graduate from local uni w degree in an analytics major. No relevant banking experience or internships.

I got into a banking non-front office FT role in a bank.

I am a relatively good looking F (and very presentable tbh). Not to toot my own horn but I am genuinely also pretty smart and hardworking LOL. I also speak, articulate, present, communicate well — way better than most people tbh. and I would like to believe my EQ is high. I also would like to think I have a hireable personality. For all MNCs I applied for I got offers. But mostly analytical roles and grad programs. Ok not humble bragging I just want personality-tailored advice.

Wanted to ask what branches of banking could I possibly break into based on my attributes and my humble and lacking background. How can I money maxx basically. I am ok with business intelligence roles or anything that pays well, but I feel like I could do people-facing roles pretty damn well. Just looking for opinions!

Asking because in earlier generations all the way to my parents’ generation, it was fairly common for people to go from rando roles to now wealth mgmt, traders, IBs. Have times changed?

Any advice is appreciated and flaming is tolerated 🤣. Happy Wednesday.
