Need to reinstall.. how can I keep my neighborhoods and all my saved sims?

So… one drive decided to sync and completely messed up my game. Idk how to fix it so I’m doing a reinstall

The problem is, I’ve gotten really far and don’t want to start all over. Is there a way I can backup my neighborhoods, my CC, and my sims? Any help would be appreciated cause I really don’t wanna lose all my progress due to this issue :/
