Where to play Silent Hill 2 and 3

Hello, I'm pretty new to Silent Hill, I recently bought the first Silent Hill (ps1) on my Playstation 3 and I've been loving the game. I have a disc copy of the Silent Hill HD collection although I did not learn until now that it is apparently an awful remaster. Is it worth playing the HD collection or would I be missing out? If so, where can I play the original Silent Hill 2 and 3?
