Shrimp being slow and acting weird?

This shrimp is acting lethargic, barely moving, and have been on this position for long. What could it be? All my other shrimp are normal, eating well and swimming around normally. Parameters: Ammonia 0 Nitrite 0 GH 6 Ph 7
