“pond” at a local store :/

water volume was extremely low, all four goldfish were very lethargic, loud music was playing all over the store, and the “store cat” was constantly jumping up on the rim to try and hunt the fish. this was horribly depressing to witness and i wish i could have done something about it :( would it be worth it to leave a review commenting on the fish care?
