Deactivated, no reason given
After seriously busting my ass on Shipt for the last several weeks, I opened it up today to find I've been deactivated. The email I got briefly mentioned something about customer ratings and on-time deliveries, but no full explanation was given. Only thing I can think of was that I had a couple of orders that arrived no more than 15 minutes late, and those were on the same day. Didn't help that it was move-in day in a college town, so traffic and Target were both a nightmare to get through. Part of the reason I suspect this is because the last time I had checked my payment history, one of those had still not submitted a tip, and the other tipped $1. I submitted an appeal, has anyone had any luck with something like this before?
