why do people act like lip was in the wrong during the liam coke incident??
people get mad at him for “shouting at fiona” but she literally almost gave liam brain damage and if he took a little more, possibly killed him. WHY would he not be mad… and people say this a lot about lip and how he treats fiona but imo he does this because he’s the only one of her siblings that actually treats her like a sister rather than a mother.
and of course he’s not gonna let her take care of him, even while he’s at school. OF COURSE he’s going to get mad at her for not wanting to go to jail when really, she deserved to go to jail. i didn’t want her to but she put a child in danger.
people say he shouldn’t say “what do you expect me to do, drop out of school and raise the kids” when fiona did that but people don’t understand how different the circumstances of those 2 situations are. people had been telling lip that he would be the one to break the family out of poverty since he was like 15, he was the first (and only) gallagher sibling to go to college. (not including liam) and people ignore the pressure he was put under so hard
