Best/most flattering lighting for the bedroom?

I don’t want the lights so bright I feel like I’m under interrogation while I’m having sex but I also want to be able to see what parts of the body I’m touching/he’s entering. What’s the optimal lighting situation for the bedroom!? Preferably dim enough to hide my more glaring flaws 😭🤣 thanks in advance!
