Sitting on his face?

I (36f) started seeing a new guy (30m) and he says he wants me to sit on his face next time we hook up…and “for a long time.” I’m assuming he said it because he likes doing it, but then I was thinking maybe he was just saying it because he thinks that will turn me on. I’ve had guys go down on me and 69d, but I haven’t straight up sat on their face and I’m a little self conscious about doing it.

Do guys like this? Do guys examine everything down there since I would literally be sitting on his face? Idk thoughts? Any feedback appreciated…especially on what to do and how to enjoy it and not think the entire time about what he’s thinking would be appreciated.
