Switching dealerships

I hey guys I’m currently working at Honda this is my first time being an advisor ever and I don’t have much to complain about. This is the most money I have ever made at any job. But I do want more of a challenge I think possibly going to a higher end dealer could scratch that itch. What I have observed from Honda so far is a lot of advisors kinda steal clients and jobs from one another. I kinda want to work with the big dawgs maybe that kind of stuff won’t happen because everyone in potentially making Money. I was thinking maybe Lexus , Audi or BMW
