Ambeo Mini doesn’t wake up when TV turns on

My Ambeo Mini does not automatically wake up when I turne my TV on. This happens if the tv has been off for a while. There doesn’t seem to be an issue with the tv because this same tv previously had my Ambeo plus hooked up to it.

I’ve updated firmware, swapped hdmi cables, reset the soundbar, and I tried to turn eco off with the app but the app doesn’t seem to have that option anymore.

Any suggestions?
