Does journaling really help?
Hey guys, I’m wondering if any of you journal? If so, please let me know how to start (sorry if it’s a dumb question) i have a hard time explaining how I feel when I get emotional (trying to speak but tears are falling at the same time, cries easily lol) and sometimes I feel like opening up to family feels a bit embarrassing. We never really showed the emotional side of each other so maybe that’s why I’m not comfortable with that idea. I do feel regretful sometimes if I choose to share my feelings with others because I get a feeling like they just do care enough. Ahhh so sad. Sorry for the rant but yes any advice on journaling would be greatly appreciated.
