Finally got pictures of my spine after 4 years of realizing I have scoliosis
Not too bad , however my neck and rhomboid area is super tight of the right side( like a knife in my back ) what has helped through the years in pain management is lots of stretching , yoga , calisthenics . I have very little pain , occasionally I sleep bad and get a crick but nothing some stretching and massaging can’t help . I’m also a 22M
