I’d LIKE to be scene, can someone give me recommendations?

I am 19 years old, It may not look it but I’m a lot more goth. I’ve listened to artists like plastique noir, fear cult, horror vacui, HIM, bauhaus, the cure, the damned, advent sleep, Cocteau twins, etc etc and I have 3 pairs of new rocks in terms of gothic/alternative fashion but I’ve noticed I have nothing scene/emo what is it I need? How does one be scene? I’d like a more poppy vibe about myself I think.. who do I listen to? What do I wear?
