iconic saskatoon eats (not necessarily good, just iconic)

talking the other day with my friend from out of town who hadn't tried vern's. i said he just had to experience it once, it's iconic saskatoon food... even though tbh, i really don't like vern's personally.

it got me thinking... what's a quintessential saskatoon food/restaurant? somewhere you would say "aw man, you gotta go at least once!" whether it's good or not. if you're not sure what i mean, the other one i thought of is the cave.
