Hurricane shutter installers?

Edit: sorry forgot to update. They are all set, they were put up this evening. They are in zone D, and on the map look far away from anything listed as C. Their home is less than 15 years old and are confident the house is built for this.

My folks are in Sarasota and the guy who usually installs their shutters isn't responding. Does anyone have any recommendations?
