Loud noise coming from Galaxy phone (s21)

I was on tiktok, scrolling perfectly fine, when my phone suddenly started making this super loud ringing noise. It stops when I mute my device, but if volume is on and there's media, the ringing comes back. It just started a few minutes ago. What happened? What do I do?
