Is s23 still worth it ?

Hi I am a motorola user, and now I am thinking to purchase s23,

But I heard some rumour that after oneui 6.1, s23 battery life degraded and camera quality also dropped down is it true ?

I am a media consumer kind of guy who watches youtube and insta and netflix will it's battery survives a day ?
