exit door scanners

we got our scanners about a month ago and the amount of ppl who call us racist bc we had to scan them and not someone else is wild, we even had someone leave a review saying it. i wish ppl understood how it worked bc if it were up to us we wouldn’t scan anyone 😭 had anyonee else experienced this?
