Get off one night early? Western Mediterranean, 7 nights.

7 night, Barcelona to Barcelona Western Mediterranean cruise in September. The last night is in Naples, Italy. My wife and I would like to stay there for a few extra days and fly back from Rome. Is that allowed? Would I have to make special arrangements with RCL?

Airfare/flights booked by us and not in a package.
