Rolling Loud Europe officially only ONE location

I didn't have high hopes after the Cali lineup announcement. I was even thinking they might cancel Europe altogether but whatever.

Portugal might actually be the location as the comments of all their posts have been flooded by people begging them to return. However, taking into consideration that last year, they had the largest crowd yet, Austria would be the clear choice without a doubt.
Moreover, Portugal has not one but multiple international Hip-Hop/RnB festivals while central/eastern Europe has exactly 0.
